Campaign Terms and Conditions:

The campaign is valid at all authorized service centers in Türkiye that are partnered with Maestro.
It applies only to routine periodic maintenance services for vehicle makes and models included in the fleet system.
The campaign can be used only once per month.
The prices and discounts offered within the scope of this campaign will be valid for a maximum of one month from the date the quote is received.
This campaign is valid for both corporate-owned vehicles and personal individual vehicles.
The campaign cannot be combined with other promotions and is subject to fleet availability.
The discounted prices apply only to routine periodic maintenance for vehicle models in our fleet system from the following brands: FIAT, RENAULT, FORD, and VOLVO.
Maestro Filo Yönetimi’s general maintenance conditions, under the umbrella of Otokoç Otomotiv, shall apply.
To benefit from the campaign, the campaign form must be filled out and payment must be made via bank transfer based on the provided price quote.
Cash payments, debit cards, and virtual cards are not accepted.
Maintenance prices under the campaign cover only the mandatory procedures required for periodic maintenance. Any additional requests or procedures outside routine maintenance are excluded from the campaign.
Once the discounted periodic maintenance service is utilized, no cancellations or refunds can be made.
Maestro Filo Yönetimi, operating under Otokoç Otomotiv, reserves the right to change the campaign duration and terms at any time.
The campaign is valid only for passenger cars. Services for caravans, motorcycles, trucks, etc., are not included.

If you benefit from Avis vehicle renting services and have given your explicit consent:

Your identity, contact, customer transaction, financial and marketing information may be transferred to Avis Europe and Middle East Limited, who is a processor located abroad for the purposes of; taking the reservations for you to benefit from daily or monthly vehicle renting services, concluding and executing the rental agreements, receiving and executing the cancellation demands, following up the activites related with the services, providing extra benefits to members of the loyalty program and creating, following up, and cancelling memberships, pursuant to the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 9 of the Law.
Your identity, contact, customer transaction, financial and marketing information may be transferred to Avis Europe and Middle East Limited, who is located abroad for the purposes of; tracking and organizing the actions regarding the services, executing the performance measurements, calculating the licensing fees of Otokoç and executing the financial transactions, reporting the reservation requests and cancellations, creating, tracking and cancelling memberships and actions of loyalty programs, providing vehicle rental services if you ask to benefit from the services that are located abroad and actualizing the membership processes pursuant to the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 9 of the Law.

Data Subject’s Rights Specified under Article 11 of the Law

We hereby inform that as a data subject, you are entitled to the following rights, set forth under Article 11 of the Law:
